Where do you deliver?<\/h5>

The Japanese Linocut online shop currently ships orders directly to France and Switzerland<\/strong>.<\/p>

Available delivery destinations are displayed during checkout.<\/p>

France<\/h3>

Orders are shipped primarily via La Poste<\/strong>, using Colissimo or tracked letter services depending on the characteristics of the shipment.<\/p>

Switzerland<\/h3>

Orders to Switzerland may be shipped via Chronopost Express on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis<\/strong>. When this shipping method is used, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are covered by Japanese Linocut\u00ae in accordance with the conditions stated at the time of ordering.<\/p>

Other International Destinations<\/h3>

For certain other international destinations, our linocut prints may be available through our Japanese Linocut Etsy shop<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>

Available destinations, shipping costs and applicable terms are those displayed directly on Etsy at the time of ordering.<\/p>

What are the shipping costs for my order?<\/h5>

As mentioned in the paragraph above, postage is free, regardless of the destination of the parcel.<\/p>

What are the delivery times?<\/h5>

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. If the products ordered are in stock, they are usually dispatched the same day or the next day. However, some products may still be drying. In this case, we will contact you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.<\/p>

We accept no responsibility for longer delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products, strikes, war, terrorist attacks, natural disasters or pandemics.<\/p>

    My order has been returned to sender. What should I do?<\/h5>

    In this case too, don’t hesitate to contact us directly via the contact form, and don’t forget to include your order reference and contact details.<\/p>

    How can I track my order?<\/h5>

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your package. Keep an eye on your spam folder in case you don’t receive it.<\/p>

    How do I modify my order, add or delete a product?<\/h5>

    You can send your order modification request by specifying the product and quantity via our contact form. As orders are processed quickly, it is possible that your order has already been sent when we read your message. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the change will be taken into account, but we will do our best to satisfy your request.<\/p>

    I’ve accepted a parcel with one or more damaged products. What should I do?<\/h5>

    Write to us using the contact form and send us the following information:<\/p>

    • Photo of carton.<\/li>
    • Photo of shipping label affixed to carton.<\/li>
    • Photo of damaged products.<\/li><\/ul>
      My order arrived incomplete. What should I do?<\/h5>

      Write to us via the contact form indicating the missing product and send us the following items:<\/p>

      • Photo of box.<\/li>
      • Photo of shipping label affixed to box.<\/li>
      • Photo of order received.<\/li>
      • Photo of ID (driver’s license, passport, ID card).<\/li><\/ul>
        How do I return a product?<\/h5>

        Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/h2>

        In accordance with the French Consumer Code<\/strong>, where the right of withdrawal applies, consumers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order<\/strong> to exercise this right, without having to provide a reason for their decision.<\/p>

        To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your decision using the withdrawal form available in our Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong>, the online withdrawal functionality available on the website, or any other unambiguous statement expressing your decision to withdraw.<\/p>

        After informing us of your decision, you have 14 days<\/strong> to return the product to:<\/p>

        The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.<\/p>

        The product must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We recommend retaining proof of shipment.<\/p>

        Consumers may open the parcel and inspect the product. They are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.<\/p>

        Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Japanese Linocut\u00ae will refund all payments received, including the initial standard delivery charges<\/strong>, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw.<\/p>

        We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

        The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order<\/strong>, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another payment method that does not result in any additional cost.<\/p>

        Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

        How can I get an invoice for my order?<\/h5>

        Log in to your Customer Account in the “Order History” section, and click on PDF in the “Invoice” column to download it.<\/p>

        Please check that there are no typing errors in the information you have entered. You can reset your password directly on our site in the login area.<\/p>

        You’ll then receive instructions by e-mail, so check your spam folder if necessary. If you still have trouble logging in, don’t hesitate to get back to us directly via the contact form available on the site.<\/p>

        I wish to delete my customer account<\/h5>

        Send us your deletion request via the contact form.
