If the principle of the etching press appeals to you but your budget does not allow it, you should know that die-cutting machines that are not made for printing will give excellent results for a very contained price. Many printmakers use the Xcut Xpress for their creations. This one is not available anymore, you can use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Vge9Jy\"><strong>artemio cutting machine<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0which is very well suited for A4 formats or the versions\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20240414170543\/https:\/\/amzn.to\/3AtGzYj\"><strong>big shot<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3EYVa0V\"><strong>big shot pro<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0from sizzix which will allow you to make A3. The great advantage of the little artemio is that you can adjust the pressure via a knob, which is very convenient. I was able to test it on several different linoleums and papers and the result is quite satisfactory.<\/p><p>In summary, we can say that everything will depend on your objectives and your budget. But in my opinion the\u00a0<strong>printing press<\/strong>\u00a0is not a requirement at all at the begining.
