We ship your orders as quickly as possible throughout the European Union and almost anywhere in the world. Shipping is free, regardless of the destination. Here is an exhaustive list of countries served:

What are the shipping costs for my order?
As mentioned in the paragraph above, postage is free, regardless of the destination of the parcel.
What are the delivery times?
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. If the products ordered are in stock, they are usually dispatched the same day or the next day. However, some products may still be drying. In this case, we will contact you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
We accept no responsibility for longer delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products, strikes, war, terrorist attacks, natural disasters or pandemics.

My parcel is taking a long time to arrive. What should I do?
Should your order take longer to arrive than expected, please do not hesitate to contact us directly via the contact form. You can also contact the carrier directly via your tracking link if the package has been handed over to them.
My order has been returned to sender. What should I do?
In this case too, don’t hesitate to contact us directly via the contact form, and don’t forget to include your order reference and contact details.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your package. Keep an eye on your spam folder in case you don’t receive it.

How do I modify my order, add or delete a product?
You can send your order modification request by specifying the product and quantity via our contact form. As orders are processed quickly, it is possible that your order has already been sent when we read your message. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the change will be taken into account, but we will do our best to satisfy your request.
I’ve accepted a parcel with one or more damaged products. What should I do?
Write to us using the contact form and send us the following information:
- Photo of carton.
- Photo of shipping label affixed to carton.
- Photo of damaged products.
My order arrived incomplete. What should I do?
Write to us via the contact form indicating the missing product and send us the following items:
- Photo of box.
- Photo of shipping label affixed to box.
- Photo of order received.
- Photo of ID (driver’s license, passport, ID card).
How do I return a product?
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code :
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day after he/she takes possession of the goods or accepts the offer for a service without justification or payment of penalties on his/her part, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. The consumer may waive this time limit if he is unable to travel and at the same time needs to call upon an immediate service necessary for his living conditions. In this case, he/she would continue to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and sealed, with all original accessories, to the following address:

Open, damaged or unsealed packages will not be refunded!
It is advisable to keep all proofs provided by the carrier for the return of your parcel and to indicate your order number. In the event of exercising the right of retraction, the customer will have the option of requesting a refund of the order, with the exception of the cost of postage, which remains at the customer’s expense.
If the order was paid by credit card, the customer will be reimbursed directly to his credit card, the account associated with the credit card will be re-credited. If the customer paid by Paypal, he will be reimbursed by Paypal.
The refund period is a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
In the event of abusive or unjustified returns, the Japanese linocut company reserves the right to refuse the refund as well as any subsequent order.
How can I get an invoice for my order?
