Refund and return policy
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting Japanese-Linocut by mail via the contact section.
We inform Customers that in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 221-28 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized stamps and personalized textile prints.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining at the Customer’s charge. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions…); if possible, they must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt.
Refund procedure: by bank transfer after the customer has provided the necessary details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
