Hand-engraved linocut of a Japanese “l’heure du thé” teapot

33,00

In this linocut, I wanted to highlight the subtle motif of the Japanese cast-iron teapots I’m particularly fond of.

The teapot motif is very delicate and light. It is composed of circles, lines and gentle curves. The dark linocut background enhances the beauty of this hand-printed motif on mulberry paper.
For me, this linocut is both a tribute to the beauty and finesse of Japanese craftsmanship and to Japanese tea, which I love.
