This soft, elegant linocut highlights the simplicity of this Japanese woman’s kimono and hairstyle. The black background adds a dimension of intimacy and mystery that I find very interesting to work with in linocut. It was a great pleasure to make this print, which once again highlights my admiration for the refinement and delicacy of Japanese culture.

This limited edition print is entirely hand-made and printed on wenzhou paper in A3 format.
